Setup:

• Ensure the autoclave is properly connected to a power source according to the specified voltage and frequency.
• Check the water levels in both the distilled water and waste water tanks. Fill or empty them as needed.

Preparation of Instruments:

• Ensure that the instruments to be sterilized are properly cleaned and arranged according to the guidelines provided.

Power On:

• Turn on the autoclave using the designated power switch.

User Interface:

• Use the friendly operation interface to select the desired sterilization cycle, temperature, and any other relevant parameters.

Date and Time Selection:

• If applicable, use the step button to set the date and time for recording sterilization cycles.

Loading Instruments:

• Load the instruments into the autoclave chamber according to the guidelines provided in the user manual. Ensure proper arrangement for effective sterilization.

Close Doors and Initiate Cycle:

• Close both doors securely, engaging the double door lock system.
• Initiate the sterilization cycle as per the selected parameters.

Monitoring:

• Monitor the autoclave during the cycle to ensure it operates without issues. Some autoclaves provide displays or indicators for progress.

Completion:

• Once the sterilization cycle is complete, wait for the autoclave to cool down before opening the doors.

Post-Sterilization:

• Carefully remove sterilized instruments, avoiding contamination.
• Perform any additional steps recommended for the specific autoclave model.

Regular Cleaning:

• Follow the recommended cleaning procedures outlined in the user manual.

Water Tank Maintenance:

• Regularly check and clean the distilled water and waste-water tanks. Refill or empty them as needed.

Safety Tests:

• Periodically perform B & D tests and leak tests as recommended by the manufacturer.

Printer (if applicable):

• If using the optional printer, review and maintain the documentation as needed.
