STERILIZATION:

• Steam sterilization at 134°C at least 6 minutes.
• Minimum drying time after sterilization: 10 minutes.

Charging:

• Ensure the Miniature Apex Locator is fully charged using the provided wireless charging pad.

Preparation:

• Sterilize the lip clip, touch probe, and other components. Choose a silicone sleeve color if desired.

Assembly:

• Attach the sterilized lip clip securely onto the patient’s mouth for direct connection.

Power On:

• Turn on the Miniature Apex Locator and check the battery status indicator.

Setting Reference Point:

• Set the reference point between 0~1 during standby by following the device’s instructions.

Insertion:

• Gently insert the device into the root canal. Ensure proper contact with the canal walls for accurate measurements.

Measurement Feedback:

• Observe the real-time display for measurement feedback. Pay attention to visual indicators and auditory signals during the procedure.

Adjustment:

• Make adjustments based on the displayed measurements and auditory cues. Continue until the device indicates the desired endpoint.

Power Off:

• Turn off the Miniature Apex Locator after use. If not in use, the device may have an auto power-off function to preserve battery life.

Cleaning and Storage:

• Clean and sterilize the lip clip, touch probe, and other components according to the provided guidelines. Store the device in the protective case for future use.
